Do I need a barcode scanner?

No, Find Boxes uses QR codes. You can use your mobile phone or tablet to scan equipment.

Is Find Boxes only for AV companies?

While Find Boxes is targeted toward AV companies, it can be used by any industry.

How can I print my QR codes?

We recommend you use the Phomemo M02 sticker printer to print a single QR code. The M02 printer can be used by mobile phones, computers, and tablets. You can buy the printer here.

Multiple QR codes can be printed at one time on Avery 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ or 1″ x 2-5/8″ labels.

What reports can I get from Find Boxes?

You can get reports on what items are passed due, which items have low availability, and what items haven’t been counted over a period of time. Plus, we are adding more reports all the time.
