The month of June marks another month of feature releases for Find boxes. Here is a list of what’s new.
Single Sign On
Does your organization use ADFS, CAS, Shibboleth, or Okta for authentication? You can now integrate your authentication system with Find Boxes using SAML 2. SSO is available to all users. Place a ticket to start the process of enabling SSO for your account.
Task list templates
Task list templates help you easily add the same tasks to multiple projects. You can create your task list template once, then import it to as many projects as you want with one click.
Task list templates are created on your settings page under the “Tasks Template” section. Once a task list template is created, you’ll see a task list import drop-down menu on the task page for your projects. Select the needed task list and press the “Import Task List” button, and your new task list will be added to the project.
Project Purchase Receiving Reports
All project admins now receive an email when purchases tracked by the project are marked as received. The email is a daily digest of all the projects the user is an admin to and gives the item name and the project to which the item belonged. Account owners also have the option to get all purchase-receiving notifications. This can be turned on in the settings page under the “Permissions” section.
