Commutation is key to completing any project. If parts of your team are ill-informed or entirely in the dark, productivity can be hampered, or costly mistakes can be made. Anything that slows your team down costs you money. So, it is in the company’s interest to implement procedures and tools to ensure the team is informed.
Find Boxes has tools to help your company with the flow of communication and avoid costly miscommunication. One of those tools is Project Notes. To familiarize you with project notes, let’s overview the feature.
Project notes centralize all communications. Users can directly message their project team from Project notes, upload files, or include their Project notes on emails to track communication.
Creating a project note is easy. Click the “Create project note” button, type your message, and submit the form. Then, your team will be notified of the project note, if you wish, and it becomes searchable from the project.

A project note can also be created by email. At the top of each project note page is an email address. Including this email address on email messages will forward any email communication to the project note section. You can customize the project note email address to make it more memorable for your team. This feature helps keep your whole team looped in on project-related emails without including every team member in the email or simply posting project notes without logging into the Find Boxes app.
Don’t waste time searching emails for project details or jumping between messaging apps(Slack, Whatsapp, Telegram, etc.) to talk with your team. Simplify your communication process and use project notes.
